• Demonstrates a love for our Lord and His Church as evidenced in their lives
• Is an influential leader and gifted teacher
• Has at least five years of pastoral ministry experience in youth/family ministry with proven experience in leading teams
• Earned a college degree and has formal theological training (required); seminary is preferred
• Possesses excellent people and communication skills
• Abilities in music and worship would be a bonus

Lead (Head) Youth Pastor (2/3)

Work with gsYOUTH staff team to:

• Pastor/teach/disciple students
• Create/run the programming rhythms of the gsYOUTH ministry
• Recruit, train, and empower student and adult leaders
• Foster strong relationships and presence in the local schools
• Work with gsOUTREACH to create well-aligned missions experiences for students locally, nationally, and internationally
  
  

Family Life Pastor (1/3)

Chair the Family Life Department through high-level leadership and oversight to:

• Provide coaching, alignment, advocacy, accountability for ministry goals, and ongoing professional and spiritual development
• Collaborate with the team to envision and develop a holistic approach to discipleship for birth-college (scope and sequence)
• Serve generally as one of the pastors of the church.
