FAQ

What happens when I attend for the first time?

We would love to meet you! Come to The Hub in the center of our Concourse to meet some people, learn more about opportunities at gracespring, and receive a "we are so glad you're here" gift.

What do I wear to a church service?

Come as you are! At gracespring, you will see people in jeans and people in dresses, people dressed up and dressed down. If you're feeling a bit nervous, go for a "dressy casual" and you'll be set.

What if I have questions?

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, so we have a lot of people available to help you. You can ask questions to our door greeters, to the ushers who will help you find a seat, to our pastors and staff who are mingling with everyone, or head to The Hub in the middle of the Concourse to seek help.

What about my kids?

We love having kids join our services at gracespring! You are absolutely welcome to bring your children into our "main service" in the auditorium—and we encourage you to check out our gsKIDZ ministry, as we have intentionally curated, bible-based lessons for each age of children on Sunday mornings. Check out the map below to see where you can check in your children for the first time; please proceed to our staffed Check-In Station (not the Self Check-In) for your first visit! Please note that during the summer, we only offer gsKIDZ during our 9:00AM service.
